John Milne

Milford, PA – John J. Milne, Jr. has joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates as a fulltime Realtor in the BHG Milford office at the Historic Water Wheel.

Milne, originally from New York City, has resided in Milford for the past 7 years.  Milne has had a New Jersey real estate license since 2000 and is a graduate of Fordham University.

Said Milne, “I wanted a real estate company that was truly a reflection of me.  Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, known as a lifestyle brand, fit that profile; so I walked in the front door and joined them the same day.”  The Better Homes and Gardens brand truly does more than list and sell real estate.  “The Better Homes and Gardens name includes the magazine, as well as other numerous publications, furniture lines, home accessories and other items all which center around healthy living and supporting a positive lifestyle.” Said Thomas R. Wilkins, Broker.

Prior to joining Wilkins organization, Milne worked for Realty Executives based in New Jersey.  Before that, Milne worked in Property Management for 10 years and was a title insurance producer for 7 years.

Said Bill Schutte, Assoc Broker and recruiter for the Wilkins organization, “When you total John’s real estate experience, he has almost 15 years in the real estate industry and that’s a huge asset when you’re recruiting for our company like I do.  John is a great fit; is certain to be successful and was immediately welcomed in by all our Milford agents.”

Milne is a member of the Pike/Wayne Association of REALTORS.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates share the Milford office with NEPA Management Associates and Pennsylvania First Settlement Services.  Collectively, the Wilkins organization is known as a high-tech company with a personal touch and old-fashioned values.
