Masthope Timeshares to be sold by “Auction Style” Sale

Masthope, PA – Reliant Interval Solutions, LLC (RIS), a Stroudsburg based company announced early last week that the two remaining timeshare units, #455 Eagle Rock Road and #457 Eagle Rock Road will be sold in an “Auction Style” sale February 21st and 22nd, 2015 on-site and online through the internet. At a special Membership meeting held September 20, 2014 RIS, LLC informed the members, the Board of Directors, etal and Country Squire, the holders of the timeshare at Masthope that it was imperative the Association liquidate the two homes as quickly as possible.  To do so, it was imperative that the vote be unanimous.  RIS, LLC, who has done these type sales prior, did, in fact, get the unanimous vote [...]

Court Ordered Northslope II Townhome Sale Sells Out!

Shawnee on Delaware – Thomas R. Wilkins, CEO of the Wilkins organization announced the court ordered sale of 49 timeshare townhomes at Northslope II sold out in two weeks, one week ahead of the projected time schedule.  The sale was deemed a huge success by all involved.   Wilkins & Associates Commercial Brokers, the company who handled the sale, announced earlier this week that all the units sold at the asking price or above.
