Pocono Mountains- Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates has announced the winners of their first “Battle of the Offices-Listing Contest for 2009”.

“We had two offices that won the contest, our Bushkill and North Pocono locations were victorious”, says Dominick J. Sacci, Senior Vice President General Manager. “We created the event to motivate our Realtors® to have fun while acquiring our inventory of homes for the 2009 selling season. Our contest will run through July”

The contest pits each office against itself. Each office must ascertain more listings in the current month than they did in the same month the year before. Any agent that enters a home into the contest that meets the listing criteria wins a FREE gas card. The company rewarded $250 in gas cards for the month of February.

Lisa Flory, the Bushkill office Sales Manager says, “The agents are having a great time with the campaign, the gas card goes a long way in these economic times. We already have an inventory of homes that will appeal to a variety of buyers. We look forward to the upcoming selling season”.
