Last, but not least, in the event your customer wants to rent prior to purchasing, we will honor your transferee for up to 14 months, recognizing them as your customer/client in the event they purchase a home at the end of their Lease. But that’s not all, in the event your customer/client wants to (prior to the end of their Lease) buy a home immediately, Wilkins & Associates will assist them (monetarily) in vacating their unit early by paying the necessary cost of vacating a Lease prior to the expiration date. (Note that this is a courtesy and, on a case-by-case basis).
