Conashaugh Lakes Community Association is a private, gated, residential lake community in the northeast Pocono Mountains of Pike County, Pennsylvania. Conveniently located on State Route 739, five miles south of I-84 and nine miles north of the Dingmans Bridge crossing on the Delaware River. The community spans approximately 1,000 acres, with 587 acres developed with single-family homes, and all properties are a minimum of one acre, offering privacy while preserving the area’s natural beauty. The community is centered around two lakes, Seneca Lake and Conashaugh Lake and an enhanced wetland/nature area.
