HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE
Homeowners insurance protects one of your largest investments by covering the structure of your home, your personal belongings, and liability if someone is injured on your property. HOME WARRANTY
Sellers, when you list with Wilkins & Associates Real Estate, Inc. and purchase an America’s Preferred Home Warranty (no payment due until closing), your home is covered until closing. Typically, insured are those items not paid for by your homeowners insurance policy. Then, at closing, you pay for the warranty (from your HUD) and it is transferred, free of charge to your buyer and they get 1 year of coverage. You can’t beat that at all.
