When purchasing a home in Pennsylvania, it is not a requirement to use a Pennsylvania Attorney. But, if you prefer to you an attorney, by all means, we will be happy to refer one to you. Sellers, when you list with Wilkins & Associates and purchase an America’s Preferred Home Warranty (no payment due until closing), your home is covered until closing. Typically, insured are those items not paid for by your homeowners insurance policy.
