Stroudsburg – Keith M. Kunz has joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates as a fulltimeDistinctive Collection Better Homes and Gardens Realtor. Kunz was hired by Dennis Mooney, Sales Manager/Company Recruiter.
Kunz, who has had extensive real estate experience in the Pocono Mountains, will be a part of the Distinctive Collection by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
Kunz, along with other select Better Homes and Gardens Realtors, will concentrate on the listing and sales of distinguished properties, defined as the upper 10% of the local MLS market. His geographic area will include the Poconos, Lake Wallenpaupack, Milford and the Lehigh Valley areas.
Kunz who has been involved in the high-end building trade since 2004, and has held various positions in the building trade including Senior Builder, Sales Manager, Marketing Director and President/Gen Mgr of Rosewood Custom Homes who built and marketed luxury homes and estate-style properties. He successfully managed a staff of 20 office personnel and over 100 sub-contractors and supply vendors.
Said Kunz, “My knowledge of “hands-on” operations and construction background in building luxury custom homes, and the marketing of said homes, is something that will help me in my new position with Christine Wilkins and her BHG team.”
Kunz previously was employed by Wyndham Vacation Ownership from 2010 through 2014. His responsibilities included holding the positon of an in-house Department Representative, and since 2010 a Senior Sales Representative. In 2013, he was promoted to Sales Manager. While with Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Kunz was inducted into Wyndham’s President Club (2012 -13) and the Century Club (2010).
In 2002 Kunz was featured on the cover of Builder-Architect Magazine.
In addition to his position as a BHG Distinctive Collection Realtor, Kunz will work with Thomas R. Wilkins, Broker, in the sale and marketing of commercial properties. Said Wilkins, “Keith obviously has the knowledge and with my contacts in the corporate arena, it will certainly be a win-win circumstance. Currently, we’re working with such commercial clients as CVS, McDonalds, Turkey Hill Market and other names that are easily recognized by the general public. While we’ve only been concentrating on the Pocono Mountains proper, this will give us the ability to expand into other market places such as the Lehigh Valley, Scranton-Wilkes Barre and other points north and south of our immediate market area.”
Over the course of the next 24 months, the Wilkins organization is concentrating heavily on continuing to brand their company with the Better Homes and Gardens logo. In 2008, the Wilkins organization became the 1st Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate office in the United State. Since that time has worked hard to continue to be a premier company representing the brand.
