Milford – Thomas R. Wilkins, CEO, announced the hiring of 3 Realtors to their recently licensed office located at the historic Upper Mill on Sawkill Avenue in Milford.

Hired were Julio Bautista, Realtor; Lisa A. Heaney, Realtor and Lisa A. Orneck, Realtor.  All three agents are formerly from 1st Class Realty, LLC in Dingmans Ferry.

“All three of these agents, while being relatively new to the real estate business, have so much potential with the training that we offer at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates.  I had the pleasure of having lunch with them last week and their excitement and potential did not go unnoticed.” said Wilkins.

Bill Schutte, Assoc Broker, leader of The Schutte Team, will act as mentor for all 3 agents.  “I love to train new people to the business.  You have to appreciate it was Tom who got me into the business years ago, so I know the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates style of business.” said Schutte.  Schutte will also operate from the Wilkins’ Milford office.

The new office is being renovated in an Adirondack-style décor.  It is also the newest in real estate offices sometimes described as a “coffee-shop style”.  There’s no front desk; instead, customers and clients walk into a living room type atmosphere.  The setting is warm, casual and maximizes the 750 square feet of space.  The 2nd floor has a large conference table done in Birchwood and features a 3 person “tech-bar” similar to those featured in the Apple retail stores.

“The agents will have the ability to bring in their laptop, plug in and be able to go anywhere on the internet as well as in and out of the BHG “Greenhouse” an agent directed website featuring the best in marketing, webinars, and such.” said Wilkins.

Wilkins operates 3 other locations in Bushkill, Stroudsburg and Mount Pocono.  All offices are open 7 days per week.    You can visit them online atwww.wilkins1.com on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/BHGWilkins and on LinkedIn at www.linkedin.com/in/thomasrwilkins.
