Penn Estates is a four season full-time and vacation community ideally situated and nestled in the Pocono Mountains. It is a wonderful escape from the city with its lush, natural forest setting which includes many types of wildlife and birds. The community offers amenities including outdoor pools, Highland Lake, lowered twin Lake and upper twin Lake. All Penn Estates Lakes have beaches, allowing swimming and fishing. Typical lot size is approximately one acre and there are about 1800 homes making it one of the largest developments in the Poconos. Penn Estates is a gated community and offers full-time security.
