12+ Month Leases Available

And now, Wilkins & Associates also offers Leases that exceed the typical 12 month time period, better for tenants and landlords. Landlords and tenants please ask any of our rental agents to find out if you can rent the home of your choice for an initial 14 month Lease, 16 month Lease and in some cases 18-24 month Leases. Longer term Leases are available at no extra charge to you, the Landlord, the Tenant and we offer increased occupancy which means less “down” time or vacancies. Longer Leases are available only through Wilkins & Associates.

Traditionally, most people have thought of rentals as a temporary stop on the way to homeownership. After all, homeownership has always been dubbed “the American dream”. At Wilkins & Associates, a big part of our business is moving valued tenants into homeownership.

We know that in today’s economic times, for some of us, it might not be the right time to purchase a home; but that may change with time and at Wilkins & Associates, we work with hundreds of tenants every year with the goal of having them purchase a home at the end of their Lease. And believe us, you are not an exception to that rule.

First time buyers, tenants who may have lost their home to foreclosure several years ago, or relocation persons moving into our area, but not certain whereas to where they want to permanently live, are all prospective purchasers in our eyes and do not simply give you a key and then forget about you. In the tenth month of your Lease, our office contacts you and determines if you want to rent another year or look at homes to buy. Either way, you become our “customer for life”.
