• Whether you’re hosting a Bridal Shower Confirmation Party. Family Reunion Office Party Children’s Birthday party or whatever event you’re planning, we have the space-and it’s affordable. The BHG Event Room can be set up however you want it’s that simple.
• BHG’s Event Room can accommodate up to 80 persons comfortably. Whether it’s for a wine and cheese party, a casual brunch, reunion dinner, or kids summer camp, the BHG Campus is the place to be. Available 7 days a week including afternoons or evenings.
• Weekend and evenings are always available, but you must book in advance.
• Rental for the Event Room starts at $185.00 for four (4) hours*
  •Concession rentals are available-Chocolate Fountain, Cotton Candy Machine and Hot Dog Machine. Caterers are welcome-plenty of place for serving and to prepare. Dry kitchen space is available and included in the price.
• Alcohol is permitted-Beer and Wine only (BYOB)
• Beverages such as water, coffee and tea are available upon request**
• Parking on site for 50 plus cars.
• Free tours of our Event Room are available any day from 9:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please call for an appointment.
• Available year round, advanced reservations required
• We’re conveniently located on Business Route 209 at the Shafers School House Road exit.
