Pocono Farms Country Clubs Association, Inc. is a year-round, private, recreation-oriented community in (Coolbaugh Township), Pennsylvania. Located in Tobyhanna, made up of roughly 2,113 lots and about 1,430–1,500 homes across many different entrances and over 20 miles of township roads. The community is centered around one of the finest 18-hole golf courses in the Northeast, with holes playing past Glacier Lake and through mountain woodlands. This 18-hole PGA-level championship course was designed by Masters champion Art Wall Jr. Beyond golf, the community offers a full slate of recreational amenities and a clubhouse restaurant, and much more.
