NEPA Management Associates, Inc., our sister company, offers the only corporate rental services in Northeast Pennsylvania. A corporate rental is typically in a townhome or condominium renting for 6 months or less in a fully furnished unit (AirBnb), rented by a corporation and designed for those persons who are in our area for a set period of time and employed by one of the many corporations that we have the pleasure of representing in the Pocono Mountains. Some of those corporations include Mt Airy Casino, Sanofi Pasteur, Kalahari Resort, East Stroudsburg University, Lehigh Valley Health Network and St. Lukes Hospital, just to name a few.
